So I was paying our At&T bill as I do each month, the online system is apparently down..so I call to do it automatically via their system..it says can't complete it..so I call in and explain this to the customer no service rep and they say there is a 5.00 fee for paying with a representative... >:(
So after explaining this three times, I am told they need to call the online system with them on the line to confirm that its not working so they can waive the 5.00 fee.....gotta love it....needless to say I just called the office of the president and complained...at least I had 20 minutes to waste today.
