Anyone want to take a guess why Bill Christiansen announced he wasn't running at the same time that Phil Lakin announced he was? Coincidence?

Phil was scheduled to announce on Tuesday but when Bil announced he wasn't, The Tulsa World contacted him to ask if he was running, and he went ahead and said yes.

Just because things are reported in the same story, doesn't mean they happened at the same time.
