Does anyone know what the implications of the recently passed bridge amendments are for the 101st-111th street area?
If you are talking about the corridor amendments, I believe that TMAPC is recommending eliminating the set back requirements, and allowing approval for certain plans to be made by the commission and not City Council. If you are talking about the 101st & Memorial area, that would be corridor district, I think.
Interesting. It could change the lay of the land on some existing developments. If you have a PUD, is it amendable to allow strip provided density/parking/landscape/drainage requirements are met?
Brookside south? BA tax base?
Will this allow for eventual changes to future zoning plans along Memorial north all the way to Woodland Hills?
