Is this Photo Boot thing something used for upskirt pictures?

A friend of mine did this for his wedding reception, I thought it was a great idea as it was sort of like a class reunion.  Fun night, great embarrassing pics.

I thought a photo boot was one of those things for foot fetishists, you know, like those videos you see on Youporn, RedTube, PornHub, and the like.  Not that I've ever been there, of course.
