What was the challenge?

From tasha does tulsa twitter feed so I don't know.

I'd've thought he'd battle the Fat Guys challenge.

If at Elote, I would imagine it would be the Puffy Taco's

I don't watch the show much.  Why'd he quit the eating challenges?  Wasn't that the point?

I'm guessing 15000 calories and 5 lbs of food at a sitting might require an on-staff cardiologist.

I don't get why everyone is so crazy about Eloté. I've not been overly impressed by them.  ???

That was the initial rumor.  I wish he would have.  I've not been yet.  I plan on it before a Drillers game (I haven't been to one since the new park opened).

Kinda like my reaction to Los Cabos.  Meh.  Wasn't really impressed.  Reminds me to make my homemade salsa tonight.

It's had its ups and downs for me.

I still like the bar on a consistant basis but the food can be great one day and not the next.

Agree with you there. I appreciate that it's organic and local and all that jazz...but the only things that have any flavor are the salsa and puffy tacos. The rest...bland..... :'(

I read somewhere that the show hit The Spudder as well.

The M.O. is usually for Adam to visit a couple of other restaurants in the area prior to taking on a challenge.  Not really sure what would stand out about the Spudder over other restaurants in the area.

Probably a combination of the restaurants longevity and its decor... The drilling equipment is an interesting talking point.

That's kinda what I was thinking. Do they still serve rolls in those older looking lunch boxes?

Before the main food challenge is swings by The Stockyard Cafe located inside the biggest cattle auction house in the country. Several thousand head of beef cattle are auctioned every week here, and The Stockyard Cafe sits right at the entrance with so many beef men there on business the menu is primarily beef.

One of my favorite moments from the show.

The show is superb, especially when Adam goes to eat big Burgers...and mostly Man wins.
