It's the old APS building on 6th, down the street from the Marshall brewery. It's been sandblasted to expose all the original brick, and the windows are being replaced. The building next to it always has some nice cars in front, and I think someone has converted it to living space. I live near by, and I am just curious if anyone has some info.

The building with nice cars in front of it (the one already converted), I believe, is the home of Dean Williams of Williams & Williams auctions. I could be wrong, but I do remember hearing he did this to an old office / warehouse just east of downtown. No idea what is going on next door.
