TulsaNow continues to grow.We now have almost 4,000 members and many more who never log in and just read posts.
In December, we have added 38 new members so far, but only have generated six posts from them so far. Please comment. A library is only as good as the number of books it has and a local discussion needs many voices as well.
Don't be afraid. If you are normal, you help add sense to our discussions, if you are a crazed extremist like me, your perspective can generate boundaries that make the rest of the posters seem normal.
I especially ask that you post knowledge of current events in the Tulsa area. Many of us like to be among the first to know about a new restaurant or shopping place and the ones who post building plans inform and excite the others.
This website has taught me so much about Tulsa. I read this and the local papers and between them feel very informed about our community. I often hear about things here first, then read other media coverage a day or two later.
Tell your friends to come on board and start typing. Welcome to TulsaNow.
And remember, if there is any discussion wherein I take a position adverse to RM (or to anyone else for that matter, save some time and headache and accept the fact that I am correct.
I forgot to mention that we have many delusional posters. Some of them think they are Napolean Bonaparte, some of them think they are always correct. I love these crazies.
We sometimes lose some civility and there is one poster who I can't not respond to, but in general, most of the political posters on TulsaNow have strong beliefs and are willing find facts to back up their thoughts.
Other times, we just get down right snarky with each other.
But admit it RM, it's freakin fun.

Unlike Michael, I'm at the extreme end of normal. Think of it as the cutting edge of average. But just like him, I'd like to welcome new members and new voices. It gets loud in here sometimes, but despite the occasional growling and barking, the inmates seldom bite.
just keep in mind the seldom part. There are occasional outbreaks of things of which we do not speak.
Keep in mind though, every poster here has at least one subject they get a tad passionate about.
