Like good raw chocolate or stuff like truffles? If you mean the latter Cfc Chocolatier in the Brady District downtown I would think is your best bet.

La Donna's on 15th carries the best selection of high quality top end chocolates in Tulsa.

I am pretty sure they are still there if you want pre-made stuff:

Just north of the BA on the east side of the road.  Nice young couple, very good stuff for gifts.

Buy a bag of beans and start roasting/tempering.

Or the nibs and start grinding/tempering.

Or go to Broken Arrow on main street.  Nouveau.
