Rules:
1) Picture must be a scenic, historic, recognizable picture located in or near Tulsa County. IE nothing generic that would be impossible to ID.
2) Try not to give away too many clues: ie, no street signs, markers.
3) Picture must be within the last 10 years. (IE no riot, depression pics).
4) Person who guesses the location/significance of the picture MUST post up their own picture (please use a free image host like imageshack, flickr, etc)

Ahhhh crap! I've seen that. I noted it as being really odd, think I even drove that way for no reason. Where was it!
It's looking south on 145th East Ave between 46th Street North and 56th Street North. Right?

That's an 8% grade and on a hot summer day those rock walls make it seem like an oven. There's not a breath of wind, so climbing it on a bicycle is a short stay in Hell.
