Title: Propaganda Hearings? Really?
Post by: Gaspar on August 17, 2010, 03:34:58 PM
As if he doesn't have enough crises on his plate, it looks like the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform may call for hearings on the billions of dollars of tax payer money spent on propaganda efforts for Obamacare, Stimulus, and other dumpster programs.

Thanks for posting this. I was going to post it myself under a new thread entitled "What to expect after November's Elections"

You think Congress is gridlocked now?  This is relative efficiency compared to where we'll be when/if the GOP takes control of Congress in the fall.  Useless subpoenas as far as the eye can see.  Mark my words.

I agree.  Don't know what is worse, billions spent on propaganda or on hearings and impeachments.

Did them a lot of good under Clinton didn't it.

Since when is creating a web site to inform people about a program "propaganda?"

It's just more doublespeak, as best I can tell.
