Title: Tulsa's biggest humanitarian
Post by: RecycleMichael on June 11, 2010, 05:06:48 PM
I found out that I am up for an award as Tulsa's biggest humanitarian.

The Urban Tulsa Weekly has an annual awards program that readers get to vote on a variety of topics.

There is a category called "biggest Humanitarian" and the three finalists in the run-off ballot are George Kasier, Henry Zarrow, and me.

How could they possibly include me in this category? The first two guys annually give millions to make Tulsa a better place, giving Tulsa better schools, healthier citizens and make Tulsa great.

I collect pop cans.

Maybe by biggest they meant by weight. I know I am ahead of them in that category. Maybe by humanitarian they meant like vegetarian and think I eat humans (I don't).

Here is the link to vote for the other guys...

Hey, Congratulations on that! I hope you win the award and thank you for the laugh of the day. (You really don't eat humans, do you?)

Congrats.  That is some pretty weighty company to find yourself in.
