Title: Personal trainer
Post by: Nik on April 20, 2010, 08:50:31 PM
I've never had a personal trainer. What is the average cost? I'm assuming the cost is per session. Just trying to figure out a ballpark estimate. $30-40/session?

I dunno the cost, But I went to Golds Gym on Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie, Texas back in the mid-1980s and they had trainers there to help you work out included in the membership price. Today the only work outs I do is running, I love the sport of running- I cannot get intrested in other sports, I don't even like cycling. When it comes to fitness every person is differant. I'm only happy when I get my fill of a good hard run. ???

might call some of the area local gyms that have personal trainers and ask for a list of references.  I know when I used to work out at Healthzone they would give you 5 free sessions with a trainer.  These trainers pay each month to use their workout facility but have their own clientele.  I would call Platinum fitness, Healthzone, Golds and some of the other largers workout facilities around the area and see what they say.
