saw that the old liquor store at 9th and elgin (across from hd) has new tenants....
cannondale poster in the window and a neon "bicycle" light in one window as well...
anyone know who/what is going in there?

They were taking down the apartment building at Denver and Riverside on Friday..
Have not heard a word regarding that or the old liquor store.

Drove by last night. They have torn down approx the southern 1/3 of the apartment building. The rest still has tenants so they must be stopping there for now. Look forward to hearing what the plan is.
I was thinking there was fire damage to the southern 1/3 of those apartments. Is that not the case? Either that or the tennants in the other 2/3 of the building didn't get the notice they were supposed to vacate...

The building they tore down was damaged extensively by fire.
