Soooo, you're upset that she can't be charged with murder because the police and prosecutors are following the law? It would be equally upsetting if they decided to enforce imaginary or non-existent laws.
The stories I found were all from pro-life sites and were less than forthcoming with detail, preferring spin instead. Nothing was mentioned as to the mother's mental capacity, or why she hadn't called for medical assistance. The lack of details makes the story suspicious, so like a Rohrschacht test, you see what you want to see in it.
