Incoming Mayor Dewey Bartlett will have a four-member management team, in addition to Chief of Staff Terry Simonson, that will help him oversee and implement changes to the city's many departments, he revealed to the Tulsa World.
Jim Twombly, Broken Arrow's former city manager, will serve as the director of administration; Jeff Mulder, who will continue to be Tulsa's airport director, will also be the director of public facilities and transportation; and Susan Neal, a prominent figure in Mayor Kathy Taylor's administration, will be the director of community development.
The fourth position, director of public safety and protection, will be filled in the next few weeks, said Bartlett, who will be sworn in at 2 p.m. Monday as the city's 39th mayor.
Twombly seems like a good choice, especially since it seemed like he was kicked out of his last job for asking too many questions.
When is it Charles Hardt retires? tick tock, tick tock. C'mon Mayor Bartlet (sic), do us all a favor, retire the dinosaur and make Director of Public works an at will postion and keep a tight grip on that position's tail.
I would like too the see The Eagle as public works director......
Help me...who is The Eagle? Hardt will get Morning Dew in an office and scare him into keeping Peter Principle in tow....hopefully, Terrible Terry will clean house like he did those dims.

Eagleton. Your graphic is all over Facebook now- that's freaking hillarious!
Dewey had to call Kathy Taylor for help his first day. That may be a new record.
Thank you Dewey for discussing the possibility of peeing in an elevator on the news.
How did he get stuck in the service elevator? I missed that story.
One elevator (the south one) goes to to floors 1-10. The other (the north one) goes to 1-3, then is an express elevator to the 10th floor and up to 15.
There is a hidden elevator using for freight (not for people) near the Mayor's office that goes to every floor. It has been used for people a few times (I swear only a few times by me) since the city took over the building, but this time it got stuck.

I agree! I know the guy. He's sharp and full of positive ideas.
Honest to a fault, and that was his problem in BA.
