Title: Massive COT Cover up
Post by: FOTD on December 02, 2009, 12:13:10 PM
Bynum should be mayor.

Tulsa World is obsolete. They send their best reporter in and get nothing and then bury their weak story on A 16.

Charles Hardt, please go far away....your Stormwater slush fund belongs to that division. It's not your discretionary fund. Please resign.

Non-street projects questioned
An audit shows that $1 million was spent on work for other city departments.

As usual, love the comments section

I've got a great idea for a revenue source to do the other city work.....hardt's salary. fire that turd and the 3 turds below him. That should free up quite a bit of dough.

Charles Hardt needs to go when time after time his excuse is "he was unaware of some of the projects"....thats his job is to be aware of everything going on within his department. If he isnt, then why do we need him?

This is one very big reason the City streets are in the lousy shape they are in when Hardt allows his department to re-prioritize where and what its expenditures are used for other than street repair and maintenance, infrastructure, water and sewer. We need to get back to basics.

Its unfathomable that in all the money spent by the adminstration to move City Hall, it didnt have the funds ($1,500) to move the office furniture of one 'executive" in one department out of em all. This is simply poor fiscal management on all parties but in partcular Hardts...he needs to go and go now.

$1,500 to move furniture? My Uncle Jimbo would have done it for $150
