Title: Increasing the utilites cost///
Post by: shadows on November 09, 2009, 03:26:55 PM
In today's TW is a front  page article on how to save on Utilities' .

The idea is well worth considering but the side effect can be detrimental under the present systems.  If one reduces the usage of electric then that lowers the guarantied return on their investment and thus opens the door for an increase which add other cost to the total increase along the reduction of city sales tax and franchise tax, increasing their income and reducing the city strapped income.  The same applies to Oneok with the sign on a desk that defines it as the ONG division.

Do the citizens believe this is a win win win?? ;D
