We are looking for an "individual" to prepare our taxes on an annual basis. We have a small uncomplicated service business which will be included. Would appreciate any recommendations any might have.

Just be careful. I have my hands full with the IRS because of a "tax preparer". BTW BB, this thread is screaming for an IRS pic of some kind.
