Title: Carpet recycling
Post by: riverman on October 26, 2009, 08:44:52 AM
hello - anyone know where I can take old carpet to be recycled?  Just trying to avoid the dump.
I have some newish carpet that will go to ReStore, but I think the old carpet is probably too dirty.
Thanks!

I know of no place that will take old carpet outside of the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.

Sometimes I see it along the highway, so I guess that's a good solution too.

Thanks Mr. Mike. That's a good price.
