Tried to email the Tulsa Co Election Board from their website link at:

Selecting the "email" link in the top bar menu fails.
Checking the link properties shows its' link to be:

...which fails to work.
I was going to suggest they rename the links on their Sample Ballot page to associate the various ballots with their particular District.
