I walk past this building all the time, and I always dream of how cool this could be.

I imagine the arches filled with trompe l'oeil murals, which would add interest and depth to the streetscape...giving the illusion of a living, breathing 3-D world. Instead of being a boring, blank wall, it could be an inspiring work of art to welcome visitors to the Brady District.
I think this building used to be the hub for Williams Communications fiber optic network. It's still in use, but I don't remember who bought that particular asset.
Just a hint to the Tulsa Community Foundation... it wouldn't cost much to make this an incredible addition to the Brady Arts scene. Heck, it would instantly become a tourist attraction, where people would bring their kids to get their pictures taken.
Now, if we could just find a talented trompe l'oeil artist... ::)
(By the way, this building is on Archer between Boulder and Main.)
