Who will be paying these taxes? The "rich", those already with health insurance? And good luck getting the AMA and most doctors with common sense to go along.

So wait, they claim they will cut $400 bln out of Medicare and Medicaid, yet this will cost over $1 trillion?  Are the cuts coming out of benefits or the admin end?  How is that a great deal for our retired and poor who supposedly have no access to healthcare?
