This story pisses me off. I hope she sues the crap outta this guy for fraud:

Guido, do you post anything original, anything you've thought about, or do you limit your posts to links originated by other people?  The links are interesting, sometimes informative, but what do you think of them personally?

Good grief Ed, did you not even bother looking at those posts on tort reform or the 10 commandments monument.

Sounds alot like an attorney I knew in Tulsa- but he was thankfully disbarred!

It is unfortunate that people don't have any clue what the hell is going on and get swindled.  I wonder if she ever got her house back.  I bet the state gets it and they will resell it again.
