Title: Tulsa Club
Post by: Nic Nac on May 07, 2009, 06:14:23 PM
So what is the latest on the Tulsa Club?  Should we look for this to go to Sheriff sale anytime soon?  Is the guy keeping up with the property taxes?

I drove by it today and it looks like the taggers bought out the closest paint supply.

A few more windows are busted out as well.

He got a stay on the auction, is fighting it in court, but just so he can try to sell it for enough to pay his back fees, taxes, and still turn a profit.

I just hope the property is successfully developed.  I don't care who makes money off of it.  If the cities action prompts him into a successful sale the the property becomes useful and up to code, then mission accomplished.

Am I misunderstanding your post?

I think the court stopped this earlier this year.

We've got years of deterioration to look forward to.
