Talk about freaky.....I woke up and discovered an ant trail in my kitchen. And another in my bathroom of all places. Anyone have an exterminator they like? Any that work on Saturday?? ;D

Happens to me every spring. I do it myself with mixed results usually. Last time I had an exterminator try it the effects lasted for about 3 months. They usually make their appearance after the first big rains.
Just get some ant killing gel. I used Combat this spring, but I've used Terra-X also. It's a sugary gel mixed with boric acid. The ants find it and take it back to their nest where it kill all of them. But it takes a few days. Just apply the gel to a piece of cardboard in the house. A dime to quarter size dot is all that's necessary. Then go outside and put a few on the outside of the house too. I usually put them around windows and doors. Reapply after it rains.
But wait until it's warmer. The ants won't be active today.
Try cumcumber peels at their opening...
