Greening up your diet isn't about eating a lot of organic green leafy stuff. It's much more than that. It's about how our food is grown, raised, packaged, transported and prepared. All of our food practices impact our environment and ultimately our health.
On Saturday March 28, 2009 the Tulsa City-County Library invites you to join us for presentations from nutritionists and a chef along with samples and information from local food growers, markets, and restaurants to provide your family the knowledge to eat more green.
