Take a look at what you've been eating:

Oh, I hope this MSNBC link is okay with Hoss.

The worst foods of 2009?  Do the caloric content and nutritional implications change by year?

I didn't see my lard gravy poured over a bed of twinkies listed, so I suppose I'm ok.

Did you check on the "deep fried" bed of twinkies?

Perhaps I am the only one that finds these lists to be silly.  If you find yourself at a Chilis, TGI Fridays, name your national sit down chain, you have already decided to eat based on taste not nutritional value.  Man, all that stuff is good.  And what's the problem with eating out at those places now and again anyway?  If I want to eat my daily caloric intake in one meal why can't I?

But I digress.  The reason these lists are silly is because if you order potatoe skins with sour cream, cheese and bacon, you obviously aren't the type of person that would ever read such a list to begin with...
