Our organization is looking for a building that is at least 70,000 - 100,000 square feet and has FREE parking available. We require that our organization have "concession rights" and would like to be able to choose WHAT SODA company we use ... I don't like being forced to use one company over another...
We are a Non Profit organization. Have been hosting our event on the Tulsa State Fairgrounds for twenty-six years. However, it has been made "clear" to our organization that the fairgrounds is no longer interested in hosting our event because of the continued higher cost(s) and more demands made this year by the fairgrounds ...making each year much harder to impossible to continue holding the event on the Tulsa State Fairgrounds.
Any assistance you can give our organization would be greatly appreciated
What is the name of your organization?
I believe she is with the Powwow group.
-Tulsa Convention Center
-SpiritBank Events Center
-Rose Bowl (but i think it's too small)
-Eastgate Metroplex
-Talk to Walmart realty about renting an empty store. Or the Target by Eastgate.

There are basically only two general areas I can think of that might have that space on the cheap; strip malls and churches.
If you can team up with another group or groups, your more likely to have the funds for a strip mall location.
Don't count out churches. There are plenty of midtown churches that would be more than happy to rent available space in off-times.
