Anam Crónán Celtic Duo featuring Dana Maher – Celtic harp, bodhran, vocals and Melissa
Schiavone – Irish flute, whistles, vocals, concertina; will play Irish dance music, ballads and airs in a setting of legends, folktales and stories from Ireland's past. "Celtic music has an immediacy and warmth because it is rooted in the idea of people communicating."  Anam Crónán Celtic Duo combines a driving, rhythmic style with a soulful, melodic approach that's shaped by their dedication to tradition.

Anam Crónán will perform at the Tulsa Historical Society on Thursday, February 19 at 1:30 p.m., 2445 S. Peoria.  The concert is open and free to the public, sponsored by Hyeshka Tulsa and the Tulsa Historical Society.  Plan to spend some extra time and visit any of the 6 exhibits in the museum.
