Recently there was a Latin American summit, which including every American country except Canada and the United States. The first time in 200 years there has been a summit excluding the US. Drug exports are up. Gorilla armies growing. Murders along the US/Mexican border now outpace troop deaths over seas. But who really cares?

As long as there be Wars, or rumors of Wars, the end be not yet.
History has proven such men force their own failures. He will be no exception though its likely to get pretty messy. Lets see if he makes any overtures to the new prez.

I kind of figured expropriating a shopping mall is a key signal that he has lost his mind. Rather random. The building is developed by a local company, built by local crews, and financed by local banks. But now it is a University, Hospital, or, well... something. He's not sure what, but it's his!
