Creek Nation Casino hosted a press conference this morning to unveil the name and logo of it's new casino, "River Spirit Casino" that will open in February. There were over 100 attendees for the press conference that also unveiled the names and logos for each venue in the new casino.
Here's a link to the Tulsa World article...

Crisp logo. I think it might be a bit ethereal to be of much use, you won't ever see that symbol and think "Creek Nation" or their casino. The Cherokee have done well branding their star for instance. But at least it is clean looking (too many try to cram everything in and it looks horrible).
Idealism:

A parking Garage will be nice:

I wonder how they plan on tying the westside development together with this. Pedestrian bridge? Monorail?

Spaceport.
Says "North Parging Garage" on the rendering. Is that going to go where the old casino is now? Wonder which side the hotel will be on?
Hmmm, I guess they didn't appreciate the use of their logo or (I'm assuming in Grizz's post) site plan.
"River Spirit Casino. Getting even, one degenerate gambler at a time."
Edit: I guess the links were temporarily inactive.

I like the logo a lot. I've also seen it animated and it's really terrific.
looks like a flame, which is appropriate since thats where all your money is going.

Looks kinda ORU-ish.
Maybe that's where the eagles will nest when they are run off the river by the searchlights [:o)]
They changed the image to show the casino now, instead of the parking garage. Weird.
Hearing rumors of financial issues with the casino.
Anyone know anything?
Nevermind apparently. They just bought Riverwalk.
11.5 Million for the Riverwalk. I wonder if they can just build a walking bridge or a floating barge across the River ? joking of course.

I think the original plan was for water taxi's. They'll need to kill all the least terns to get the low water dams going,
*cough*

You should not joke....first, you're not funny. Secondly, that's most likely their future plans.
btw, the southern Baptists were right.
The Jenks Riverwalk now officially belongs to the Creeks.

they'll likely do better at managing it. Although it would be tough for anyone NOT to do better.

and run off the nesting eagles (and all the pesky one-with-nature symbolism that seems to just get in the way of progress).
