Work out a payment plan for a $3800 bill that was the city's mistake and not the business owner? I'd be saying "Talk to my lawyer". Wonder if any heads are going to get flushed over this.

Ouch~ Bottom line is- I'd bet when all is said & done the home/business owners will get stuck. A lawyer won't hurt but that could be money down the drain, unless someone just goes in to seek advice and see what they think...[B)]

So let me get this straight.  She gets free sewer service for 10 years, then complains that the city is only going to bill her for the past three years and will spread the $3800 out over another three year period.  That boils down to a little over $100/month plus seven years worth of free sewer.

How do I sign up for that deal?
