Title: Looking for a commercial real estate atty
Post by: zstyles on October 22, 2008, 12:48:53 PM
We are leasing a building and I need a trustworthy established atty to look over the lease...I would prefer is someone that has posted more than 10 times reply and I don't really want any spam...

I also don't want to spend a ton on the atty to review the paperwork...its a pretty standard lease agreement but would like anyone who has or uses one personally to post them here or PM me!

Let's see,

"I want to use the services of a professional so I don't get screwed but I want to name my own price and still get quality work"

Check.

I believe you pay for what you get but you don't always get what you pay for.  It's wise to be cautious.
