Title: Drafting/Light Table for Donation
Post by: Nick Danger on October 20, 2008, 08:26:35 PM
I have a Hamilton light/drafting table that I would like to donate to an organization that could use it, but don't know how to find one that would need it. Any suggestions?

It is HEAVY and they would have to pick it up. It has an electric base that raises/lowers the table, and a manual tilt mechanism on the table top. I used this for quite a few years while in the graphic arts business, but now have no need for it, and need the space more than the table.

The organization would need to be able to provide me with a donation form as a legitimate non-profit, so I could at least use it on my taxes, as the table cost $2600 new.
