There was good information, but the hard sell to up grade wore on me.
I think they have a pretty good software program to work with to analysis stocks. (I have signed on for the next year.)
I guess some people with no investment history or understanding of how options work would benefit from their upgrades but it is at a steep price.
Over all I would give them a B- for giving up my Saturday and Sunday.
(Disclaimer I have had a Series 7 license in the past so I may be some what biased.)
Just like all of these seminars, they are only there to sell you something.
It's all a rip off, just like that motivational business seminar they had at the BOK. The only interest Rudy and Colin have in Tulsa is your credit card account numbers. [;)]

I signed up for it initially at the seminar, once I got home, did some research on investools software and decided to cancel. Most of the reviews were bad, and mentioned that they wanted even more of your money once inside the 2 day seminar.
There is some pretty negative stuff out there about Investools. I was a bit offended by the "Phd" and "Masters" classifications -- those are elite academic awards and the nomenclature really bothered me.
I'm not so upset that they tried to upsell me so much as I felt like the whole thing was a two day ad for a product that really had no demonstrable value. While they did have students there, it's not like there's a campus you can go to and see the class in action. Dropping $25K for something that is so risky, in addition to their nomenclature, turned me off.
A buddy of mine who is much more knowledgeable about this sort of thing was actually impressed with them. I also did some research on them and there is a lot of really negative material on this program. I haven't had time to follow up and vet all of it. I won't sign up.

sounds like they have an inferiority complex. perhaps if they had stayed in school instead of writing get rich quick scheme software they could actually have those titles behind their names today.
I think it was great that they call their audience "tools".
You're a tool!
