I recently saw a news story about a bakery in Pryor i think.  It was catering to exactly this problem.
I know Whole Food aka Wild Oats has a decent selection of items.

Good Luck

I heard about the bakery in Pryor.  Apparently someone from there will be attending the Celiac meeting on the 21st and bringing samples of their products.  Thanks for mentioning it.

Went to eat at Michael Fusco's.  Very nice atmospher, quite posh actually, but good heaven's, must he use so MUCH oil and butter?  I found my fish tasted more of butter than of fish!  That was our main complaint, but at least I did not feel or get sick.  My husband had the scallops.  Not a good idea.  He was hungry when we left, LOL  He got exactly four mini scallops, three raviolli (stuffed with cheese I believe), some greens and TONS OF OIL.  Way too expensive for the quality we thought, but loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, that was not on the menu!!

Here's an article in Tulsa World (//%22http://www.tulsaworld.com/lifestyle/article.aspx?articleID=20081022_39_D1_Carrot414992%22) about Michael Fusco's Riverside Grill and his gluten-free menu items.

The food was good (what very little came on the plate), but goodness me, they use an amazing amount of OIL and BUTTER.

He does have GF items though.  Thanks.

My wife used to work for PF Chang's.

They have a VERY friendly 'gluten-free' menu.  I was actually surprised by her knowledge on this subject.  Apparently all staff are trained to handle such requests.

If you just tell them that you have a gluten allergy they will accomodate you right down to having a manager prepare your dish, if necessary.
