Read where Jerry Murphy bought a Theme Park in Kansas that went bankrupt. Article reads it will re-open.
Wonder if there are any plans for a Theme Park in Tulsa in the works?
"On July 9, 2007 -- less than two months after the park opened -- the owners filed for bankruptcy and closed the park."

"Park Sold!
Jerry Murphy bought the park on May 8th 2008. Murphy said he will change the name, and go away from the western theme. He plans to add two, maybe three roller coasters. He believes he will have much more success then its founders, and plans to open the park Easter Sunday of 2009. Admission will be $15, $10 less than it was before closing."
The auction company that handled the auction of the rides and equipment following the bankruptcy of the park had a web site, but it is down??

Did the County Fairgrounds Authority FINALLY get the Murphy Carny Family to buy Liability insurance for their rides?
Remember, Murphy lied about having the proper insurance coverage for YEARS.........under the careful tutelage of former Tulsa County Commissioner and Candidate Karen Keith supporter "Dirty" Bob Dick.
What a three-some!
The Carny, the Dirty Bob, and the Professional News Reader, Conscienceless Karen K. Keith.
I think there is a topic on this already if anyone wants to resurface it[;)]
