I have to admit, Joe is a good and polished speaker, though his speech was too long to keep my interest. When he's speaking extemporaneously, I think he's a far better speaker than Obama. He seems to think on his feet a lot better.
Now the question is, will he like being stifled behind Obama, assuming they win? Will Obama grow tired of a VP who loves the cameras?
Lotta talk with these guys, will the voters see enough substance?
