Biker Boy's Annual Event held indoors at the IPE/Expo/QuikTrip Building. Part of the event were these stunt riders that performed in the parking lot where Bell's Amusement Park once was. Finally someone found a good use for all that asphalt.
Big questions, was it too loud for the neighbors?

Yay parking lots.
Looks like an underaged kid on the front of this one!

Going 90 to nothing with the crowd steps away!

But don't worry, we're always safe and never hit anything!

I guess it was all legal and such. TPD and 'Security' was there, but wait, I thought the TCSD [Sheriff} was the law at EXPO?!

Well TPD is the law on 51st!

They're just mocking you TPD!

Wow, we made snopes. I'm surprised someone hasn't requested they pull those photos.

This is so sad. I drive the BA daily and it's not unusual to have a cycle "fly" around you weaving in and out doing at least 80+.
For the family sake I wish they wouldn't show pictures such of these. Of course if the pictures would/could impact just one person then it would be worth it.
We were just visiting with some friends last night who live right across from the former Zingo. When they bought their house, they had to decide if they could live with the noise from Bell's and agreed that they could. Since they have started holding the motorcycle rallies in the big parking lot formerly known as Bell's the noise has been unbearably loud. Bikes zipping up and down the street at 6am on a Saturday is just the start of a very noisy day for them. They said that it's s a LOT worse than hearing the amusement park during normal hours. Wonder where are those neighbors that stirred things up so much about Bell's noise levels. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for bike rallies. I love motorcycles...but I'd have to admit, I don't want one going on across the street from my otherwise peaceful neighborhood. NIMBY.

I think if a crotch rocket near you is only going 80-90 you are probably lucky. That is a snail's pace for them. Are you going to tell us about 169 being a "raceway" with cars going "OVER 70!" too? :)
Yeah it stinks that somebody leaked those photos out on the internet. At least for the family, you aren't exactly forced to go look at them.
All I know is the BA (along with all our other wonderful roads) has way too many pot holes and rough places to be on a cycle whipping in and out of traffic like you see a lot of them do. At least in a car you have your seat belt on and some what more protected when we hit those craters and bounce all around. It is pretty much a race way out there no matter what your are driving It's an adventure every day, that's for sure![:)]
