This report summarizes proceedings of the Mayor’s Vision Summit–Vision 2002 convened by Mayor Bill LaFortune on July 9, 2002. 

Summaries include speeches, presentations, and highlights of comments and ideas gleaned from more than 1,100 participants, as well as followup ideas e-mailed to Mayor LaFortune after the Summit. 

This report was compiled by volunteers working with former Mayor Rodger Randle on behalf of Mayor LaFortune. A second volume contains appendixes with typed copies of the more than 1,000 pages of ideas and comments about Tulsa’s vision for the community’s future.
