WHAT ABOUT RAIL? – Thurs, 4/24
If you’ve ever traveled to another city and enjoyed the convenience of a well-run public transit system, you may have asked yourself: “Why can’t we do this in Tulsa?” Good question!

What does it take to create a viable public transit system? What role do developers play? What is “Transit Oriented Development” anyway? What does this have to do with “fixing the streets?” Don’t we already have busses? How do you pay for something like that?

All great questions! Join us for a public forum to discuss transit opportunities and options, including rail. Experts from across the country will be on hand to give presentations and answer questions. See you there!

WHAT: Public Forum: “What About Rail?”
WHEN: Thursday, April 24; 6:00-8:00 PM
WHERE: Jazz Hall of Fame (Old Union Depot) 111 E First Street
