Execute a vision?

More like execute a pipe dream? A lifestyle center four blocks from Housing Projects. Yeah, that was going to happen. That was just about as likely as a Utica Square type development at 101st and Memorial surrounded by car lots and across the street from a permanent fireworks stand. Sure.

hahaha....so much for that high class Hilton that everyone was hoping for....or even the lifestyle center that was proposed.  Once again, someone has a failure to execute vision.  Now we are getting a Mainstay Suites Whoretel.

They deferred something related to this last night at the TMAPC meeting.

Failure to execute vision? This doesnt even seem to be the same developer? Why would it be the responsibility of a new developer to "execute the vision" of the old one?

the original developer couldn't execute his vision, so he is selling out.

nice...livin' the dream.
by 'the dream', i mean living in an extended stay hotel, working at the Burger King and spending the rest your money at the Creek Nation Casino.

Its all so convenient.
