I will never understand why architects put that kind of crap in their drawings/renderings. We are about to start building a new house and in the final elevation drawings we received from the architect he had drawn in birds and deer in the background of the house. Why? It would be one thing if they were in color and might be something we wanted to display as art...but we are talking blueprints here.

You can not find info on this so called developer....

Gee willacres! Towns gone from 20 to 25,000 since 2000 and they think a development of this nature is justified. Banks deserve to go under lending on these shenanigans.

They must be smoking a lot of crack in Claremore....or Springfield Mo.

Where are the potholes that will likely be in the street shortly, and the drunk driver crashing through the fountain along with other confused drivers who don't understand the concept of a traffic circle? I demand an updated 'Oklahoma' version of the sketches. Also, RIP Bartlett square fountain...
