Lord knows I love greasy, crusty, fat laden food but I've decided I don't want to die early due to excessive grease intake.  Is there anywhere in mid-town or north Tulsa that serves up healthy food to go?  I'm picturing a baked chicken with steamed vegetables and a roll but I would appreciate hearing about any establishment that serves good healthy food to go.

Baked chicken can be found hot at a grocery store deli, there are also plenty of fresh veggies nearby that can be thrown in a steamer while your makin up your plate (also frozen steam-in-bag veggies are an option).
You can get a health sandwich to go at Al'S  http://www.bigalshealthyfoods.com/
Pick-up great sushi at Bill & Ruths, 31st and Yale.
I think we're all still waiting for a drive-through solution for health food on the go.

Wok Wok will make steamed veg and chicken on request.  Most high volume Asian restaurants will cook in a "light" way if you ask them to - you just need to remember to ask.

(And hey, whomever recommended Wok Wok to us - thank you!  I was absolutely terrified that I was going to end up with something soaked in oil  leftover from 1962.  But it ended up being fresh, hot, fast and cooked to order.)

Calling in to Ben Le is definitely a good one - Deluxe soy Bun Chao Go (spelling?)

India Palace rocks for lunch - they have a buffet during lunch that is reasonably priced (too bad it's a rare occasion for me to make it all the way over there at lunch time)

Health food makes me sick.

I'll eat natural food when people stop dying of natural causes.
