What drives you to do better?  What one thing are you doing to better yourself? I am personally excluding today do to the "locked Wheels of Tulsa Transit" being early for appointments. No more procrastination.

I would have to say experience, evaluation, and discipline. When I do something (experience), I like to evaluate how well I did and then see what I could have done different to do a better job next time. Then I decide that I'm going to do what's necessary to do better (discipline) next time.
It doesn't mean I do things perfect every time after that, but I try to make the effort to improve.
