Also, they should skip that east side curb cut unless they have a beef with Allstate.

I'm gonna toss a guess out there that Ruth's Chris is no longer going to be in this project...

A leasing agent for the property declined to name any of the signed or intended tenants.

“The Shops @ Warren Place will feature a variety of restaurant concepts from quick casual to fine dining options, including a craft beer pub and an upscale steak house,” said Randy Hogan, chief executive officer of Hogan Property Company LLC.

Mahogany?

Currently less than 1 mile to the South.  It's conceivable, but unlikely, they would relocate...

Better location, access and larger space (if they want it) would seem to be a pretty strong draw.

I could see Mickey Mantle's opening up here since they got bumped by Ruth's Chris at River Spirit..

I drive by there every weekday morning and the loss of trees is startling.

The 192 parking spaces will add to the feel of the area.

Update

Quote
Developer Hogan Property Company LLC said last year that the shopping center planned to open in summer 2018 and that it was more than 50 percent leased or under letter of intent.

More paved over ground is always a good thing....

I miss the big park space but retail here was inevitable.  71st & Riverside is a different story.  Too bad this development didn't have an REI..

Wasn't Warren Place originally intended for a couple additional towers to the west?  I saw a master plan once but can't find it on the interwebz.
