The winner who bought the ticket in BA handled it the right way last time.  Since they started a trust, no one knows who won it, other than people they wanted to know.  Damn smart.

I made the assumption based on the powerball site giving the address of where it was purchased, and seeing it was the first convenience store on this side of Oklahoma across the Arkansas river/state border on US 64.  Ft. Smith is a rather large city, Im sure plenty come across and buy lottery tickets.
