Yes, and as it turns out that Lowes and Super Target aren't going to be my hoped for lifestyle center or town square look, but the usual strip center style. [xx(]

So lets see,,,

BA 1,  for its Bass Pro area development as a quasi lifestyle/ town square.

Jenks 1 , for the Riverwalk

Owasso, yet to be seen if the Heavenly Hospitality thing goes through

Tulsa 0, still doing the old strip mall thing
