Tulsa PD is putting Oklahoma Centennial "Tulsa Spirit" bumper stickers on all their cars.

Including the unmarked ones.

Okay.  They are unmarked traffic unit vehicles.  When you said "unmarked", I was thinking about undercover vehicles.
