Also, as to the problems between the Osage Tribe and the developers, that issue was resolved amicably.  The tribe had discovered a potentially sacred site within the development area.  The site was surveyed by the tribe, the state, the developer and other interested parties, and an area was set aside in recognition of the location's significance.  Other disputes related to some disagreements over the extent to which the tribe should have been involved in the planning, but to my knowledge, has been completely resolved.  You can "Google" all this stuff and read about it from news articles.
